What is different about a desert solar pump system?

Heat, dust, water-level changes and remote service access matter more than in a normal farm site. Inverter margin, enclosure protection, cabinet wiring and dry-run protection should be checked early.

Should desert projects use SP4 or SP6?

SP4 is the main path for 380V three-phase pump control. SP6 is useful when the project needs an IP55 protected controller format. Send the pump nameplate and enclosure requirement so we can confirm.

Is an IP65 cabinet necessary?

For exposed outdoor sites, a cabinet is strongly recommended because it protects wiring, breakers and terminals from dust, water and field handling.

Can the system stop when the well runs dry?
