Selection Logic

Add accessories when the site asks for more than basic pump running

A solar pump inverter can start and protect the pump by itself. Accessories become important when the cable is long, the water level changes often, the cabinet runs hot, or the buyer needs a repeatable package for installers.

Long Motor Cable

Deep wells and remote pump houses may need an output reactor to reduce stress between the inverter and motor.

Water Level Control

Float switches or level sensors help stop dry running and prevent tank overflow in unattended pumping systems.

Hot Cabinet Conditions

Fans and cabinet accessories help projects in high-temperature rooms, sealed panels or outdoor control boxes.

Dealer Stock Kits

Distributors can order common accessories with SP inverters to make local installation and after-sales work faster.

Accessory Options

Core accessories for solar pump inverter projects

Choose accessories according to motor distance, water source, control method and cabinet environment. SolarSeeker can match the list together with SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 or SP6 orders.

Common Combinations

Accessory packages we often check before quotation

The final list depends on the pump and site, but these combinations cover many solar well pump and irrigation projects.

Deep well with long motor cable

Solar pump inverter, output reactor, water level sensor and clear cable distance notes.

Check: pump voltage, rated current, cable length and well depth.

Tank filling system

Solar pump inverter, water level sensor, 24V power board and tank-full signal logic.

Check: tank control method, sensor type and pump start-stop expectation.

Cabinet-built PV pump system

Inverter or controller, DC contactor, cooling fan, cabinet wiring accessories and protection parts.

Check: cabinet size, outdoor rating, local temperature and wiring plan.

Dealer repeat-order kit

Common sensors, boards, fans, reactors and spare accessories packed with standard SP inverter orders.

Check: target pump range, local installer skill and after-sales stock plan.

Before Ordering

Send these details before we build the accessory list

A small accessory can be wrong if the pump data or site condition is missing. Share the basic project information first, and SolarSeeker will recommend a cleaner BOM.

Pump power, voltage, phase and current

Inverter or controller model

Cable distance from drive to pump

Well depth, tank and water level logic

Cabinet location and temperature

Dealer packing or OEM label needs

Fast accessory check

1. Send the nameplate photo

The pump label and inverter model decide most of the accessory boundary.

2. Confirm cable and water control

Long cables and water level signals are the most common reasons to add accessories.

3. Pack the right kit

We can ship accessories with the inverter, controller or cabinet package to reduce missing parts on site.

FAQ

Solar pump inverter accessories FAQ

Do I need an output reactor for every solar pump inverter?

No. An output reactor is usually considered when the motor cable is long, the well is deep, or the installation needs extra motor-side protection. Send the cable distance and pump current before choosing it.

When should I add a water level sensor?

Add a water level sensor when the pump must stop at low well level, stop when the tank is full, or run with limited manual supervision.

Can these accessories be packed with SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4?

Yes. Accessories can be matched with SolarSeeker SP inverter orders according to pump voltage, phase, power, cable distance and site control requirements.

Are accessories available for SP5 and SP6 projects?

Yes. SP5 is often used for customized PV pump controller projects, while SP6 is an IP55 submersible pump controller path. Accessory selection depends on input/output voltage, enclosure, sensor needs and the pump system design.

Can accessories be installed inside a solar pump cabinet?

Many accessories can be integrated into a solar pump cabinet, including contactors, fans, wiring terminals and protection parts. Cabinet layout should be checked before production.

What information is needed for an accessory quotation?

Send the pump nameplate, inverter or controller model, cable distance, well and tank control method, cabinet location and whether the order is for one project or dealer stock.

Before Quotation

Send These Details Before Quotation

Accessory and kit quotations depend on what the buyer already has. Send the existing equipment list first so SolarSeeker can build the missing package.

Clarify whether the buyer needs accessories or a complete kit

Avoid missing sensors, reactors, boards, fans or protection parts

Help dealers build repeatable pump kit packages

Existing equipment

Tell us what you already have: pump, inverter, controller, panels, cabinet, cables or sensors.

Missing accessories

List output reactor, sensors, 24V board, booster, fan, DC contactor or other parts needed.

Pump and inverter data

Send pump nameplate and inverter/controller model so accessories can be matched correctly.

PV and wiring plan

Panel string, cable distance, cabinet layout and protection parts affect the accessory list.

Site condition

Dust, humidity, heat, rain and outdoor exposure decide enclosure and protection requirements.

Kit scope and quantity

Sample kit, dealer package, EPC project or OEM bundle quotations need different BOM details.

Simple message format: existing equipment + missing accessories + pump/inverter data + wiring plan + site condition + quantity. If some data is missing, send what you have first and SolarSeeker can help check the rest.

Need the accessory list before shipment?

Send the pump nameplate, inverter model, cable distance and water level control plan. SolarSeeker will check whether the project needs sensors, reactors, boards, fans, contactors or cabinet accessories.
